Refund policy

Focus Lab Books sells digital books. Your files (PDF and EPUB) are delivered immediately after purchase, so there is nothing to send back — and for that reason we do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind.

We do refund when something actually went wrong. Email us within 30 days of your purchase if:

· your download never arrived, or the link doesn't work
· the files are damaged, or won't open on your device
· you were charged more than once for the same order
· the book is materially different from what the page described

We will either fix the problem or refund you in full. One email is enough — no forms, no explanation required.

If you are not sure whether the book is right for you, read the sample pages on our site before buying, or simply write and ask us. We would rather answer a question than take money from someone we did not help.
