This website is operated by Focus Lab Books ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to the visitor or customer. By visiting focuslabbooks.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy from us.

2. WHO MAY BUY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence.

3. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

We sell digital books. When you complete a purchase you receive downloadable files (PDF and EPUB). No physical item is produced, shipped or delivered. Page counts, formats and contents are described on the product page and are accurate at the time of publication.

4. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Our books discuss ADHD and related topics for educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, they do not diagnose any condition, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Always consult your physician or another qualified health provider with any question about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in one of our books.

5. YOUR LICENCE TO USE THE BOOK

When you buy a book, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices and to print a copy for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or create derivative works from our books without our written permission. The text, illustrations, design and trademarks remain our property.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent.

7. DELIVERY

Your files are delivered automatically by email immediately after payment is confirmed, and are also available from the order confirmation page. If your files do not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us — we will resend them.

8. REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. ACCURACY OF THE SITE

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, price or piece of content is free of error. We may change content or products at any time without obligation to update anything.

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our books and this site are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our books. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
